簡單來說你有價格迷信,覺得貴的就比較好
但實際就營養價值看來,貴的從來都不見得比較好
譬如美國豬跟日本豬價格差一半,你覺得日本豬比較好非日本豬不買
錯了,價格的差異反映在產地生產與運送成本、外觀、口味口感等等
在肥瘦比例差不多的情況,營養價值也是相差無幾,日本豬並不會比較好
而妳先生也講的很明白,他吃美國豬就好,代表他能接受美國豬的口味口感
並沒有一定要日本豬不吃,而吃美國豬也不會損害你們的健康,真是誇張過頭
所以要解決事情很簡單,如果你非吃日本豬或其他高貴肉類,那你就買你要吃的
你先生口味沒那麼挑只注重營養成分,就多買美國豬+蛋+雞胸肉以量取勝
根據你先生的吃肉量,我估計至少是6~70kg的肌肉男,如果早餐也要吃肉就更重
要準備100~120g的蛋白質其實可以很簡單又不貴
譬如Costco的blade steak(台灣叫嫩肩里肌),肉嫩且油的比例少
同樣Costco也可以直接買雞胸肉超便宜,日本雞巴西雞都無所謂
有些推文觀念錯誤,乳清主要作為重訓後的快速補充品用的
不是讓你日常當飯吃用的,三餐還是要吃正常食物才會健康
