食譜來囉!!!!!!!!!
說是食譜,其實都是我自己的改良版XD
所以不道地就不要太堅持了吧
磨菇黑松露燉飯,mushroom truffle risotto
挑選肥短的米,洗好
奶油下鍋,洋蔥切末跟著一起下鍋,大蒜切碎跟著一起下鍋
炒到出香味,洋蔥開始變軟
黑色的porcini蘑菇切片丟下一起炒,蘑菇會吸油,記得奶油要放夠
加上一點大蒜粉,一點鹽,丟入乾羅勒
炒到磨菇變軟出汁便全部撈起
鍋裡重新放油,洗好的米丟下,炒米
要一直翻攪不然會沾鍋會燒焦,炒到鬆鬆香香的為止,不用炒很久但是火要夠大
這是避免飯煮到黏成一團
接著加入剛剛炒好的蘑菇東西,到入白酒,中小火煮
加入一茶匙的黑松露油,異香四起
因為我這是配紅酒牛肉吃的,所以我不會另外加雞肉高湯混淆味覺
待煮到七分熟,關小火蓋子打開讓汁收乾
加鹽,要是有那種魔姑奶油湯罐頭也可以加點點
不然就加一點點奶油
risotto不可以煮到熟,跟義大利麵一樣要有點硬硬
汁不夠的話就一點點的加水加白酒進去
serve的時候上頭灑上parmesan cheese
烤蘋果
gala蘋果頭切掉,中間挖空。不要挖太大洞喔,把子挖掉就好了。
大概直徑一公分的洞這樣
然後把洞填滿黑糖和肉桂粉,肉桂可加多一點沒關係但是糖還是要很多
填的緊緊滿滿
把頭蓋回去,蘋果身用叉子戳幾個洞
送入烤箱烤半小時,350F
超簡單!!!!!
只是要注意考的時間不要過頭了!!!!!
過頭的話會塌掉又會沙沙的
以前老爺也喜歡吃這個。
