對不起
打擾各位了
我之前說要搬出去
但因為自己工作被炒了
所以沒搬
由於工作不穩定
我選擇住在家裡
我最近有點精神病
因為我媽的關係
我媽看到我就會從頭到腳批評一遍
我找工作投履歷
會被罵說我只會滑電腦每天看垃圾資訊有啥用每天只會看電腦老闆都不要妳沒人要請妳
我考上學校去上課
會被罵說妳讀什麼書繳錢給老師爽老師都是騙子專門騙妳的錢妳在上課就不要回來了
我買早餐吃
會被罵說呷加賀?難怪那麼肥每天只會吃
我有點些微的精神不是很穩定
因為我最近被炒魷魚
去面試幾乎都沒上
然後每天收到感謝函
其實我個性比較軟弱
遇到挫折會逃避
會需要人家的鼓勵和安慰和拍肩
但我媽完全不管這個
就是一直用言語攻擊我
我有點精神衰弱
請教各位 如果選擇住家裡 有什麼方法可以避免？有何解？
