台灣人真的不太愛運動
其實像這樣的天氣
穿短袖跑跑步其實都很正常
早上去校園跑步跟健身房剛要回家的時候
樓下管理員就會問我,你天天都運動啊
我說對啊身子要保養
他就跟我說可是他都懶懶的不知道怎樣開始
要開始?其實很簡單
至少從吃飽飯就去走一走不要馬上坐下來
然後習慣之後就可以找時間去跑步
先跑個十分鐘十五分鐘
身體習慣了之後
就會喜歡上運動的感覺了
常常覺得
一個人居家在外或是一個人過忙碌的生活
除了吃要注意之外
真的要常常運動
每天精神好的感覺真的很舒服的。
