總價 3500,出 500 萬持分 1/7 是合理的
依照出資比例佔有相對應的產權登記
日後也得以享有漲(跌)價的相對應權力

那 500 萬看要自己去買別間或者買台灣50之類
都比跟你這個沒有房地產合資 sense 的婆家要好得多

我是覺得你們這一對真的有感情嗎?~
日後用錢還怎麼走下去?

一堆人一直在說信貸,到底有多少人懂信貸?
就算是醫生真給你貸到 500 萬好了
攤最長七年就是 84 期,利率抓 6%
一個月要攤還七萬多
就算月收 20 萬先還七萬信貸
那你接下來的房貸收支比算的過?貸的下來?

很多人對信貸6% 有意見
行,我就用最寬鬆條件改用
信貸 500 萬,84 期 1.5% 計算每月攤還6.3萬
2500 萬房貸,攤 30 年 1.3%,每個月攤還8.4萬
每個月光貸款本息要付 14.7 萬!
所以信貸6% 變成 1.5%,每月攤還少一萬
這樣房貸就貸得下來了?呵呵
更不用說要是 500 萬額度審不到或者 84 期談不下來....
推文一堆人口氣一個比一個大,
500 萬信貸這些人口中貸起來一點難度都沒
我真懷疑有幾個人真的辦過 500 萬信貸
還有到底哪邊有提到他老公是醫生?
