能有時間在這閒嗑牙真好!
今年過年真閒,
今天先買好銀柳,買了一些能放的菜,
初一、二、三、四要吃的菜也大致買好了,
初二雖然要回娘家,還是得要把公公婆婆要吃的食物準備好,
晚上要來洗花瓶,把銀柳插好。
明天再買一些比較不能久放的菜,
然後把豬腳、蹄膀、三層肉燉好備用,
接著去拿外帶的年菜,送去老媽家(娘家),
下午拜地基主,婆婆規定要拜的。
星期三除夕,早上去買當天才能買的料,
中午去華泰飯店和興蓬萊餐廳這兩處外帶年菜(沒有人推薦,純粹吃吃看),
下午自己"青菜"煮些簡單的料理(紅燒烏參杏鮑菇茄子、燙透抽、阿里山什麼筍…),
然後就是最討厭的炸春捲的備料和炸的動作,
最後再燙很多種青菜(常年菜、菠菜、彩色椒…)以及調醬料,
就大致搞定。
