最近滿心歡喜得看各大廠牌的喜餅

但左看看右看看好像都差不多

而且這幾年下來最常吃的禮坊伊莎貝爾郭元益都快吃膩了

很想嘗嘗不一樣的味道

但市面上的手工餅乾都要價不斐份量也不多

還因為盒子不夠大器直接被家長打槍

到底為什麼會有送喜餅這項禮俗呀!!!!!!!

麻煩又花錢~~!

最網路上尋尋覓覓了很久

終於在PTT結婚版看到有新人介紹手工餅乾

推薦文講得很生火

我立馬打電話給老闆詢問餅乾試吃和價位

餅乾的口味有很多的選擇

一般喜餅的包裝可以選六種口味

本來是想訂一盒六包裝的自己帶回家吃的

但是~~太多口味很難抉擇

所以就號召學弟妹們一起合購

結果大家湊一湊買了20多種口味哈!!!

首圖就是我們的戰利品

每種口味的餅乾都是100g包裝

份量真的不少

恩~先來介紹一下如果是喜餅的樣式是如何好嚕!

喜餅的外盒沒有華麗的包裝簡單典雅的路線老實說如果不是特別講究的話我覺得這樣
很夠了

裡頭可以放六包自選的手工餅乾我覺得份量十足呀!!

跟大廠牌喜餅比較起來多花錢買盒子和空氣好多了!!

看~~滿滿的都是餅乾

禮盒的大小只比A4只小一點點而已

這送禮絕對不會被家長嫌棄太小打槍

高度約有8公分

接下來介紹一下手工餅乾啦!!!

因為實在是買太多了有些比較普遍的口味有點忘記了

所以就反應最熱烈的介紹吧!!!

NO.1蜂蜜煎餅

這NO.1可不是叫假的濃厚的蜂蜜香氣甜而不膩煎餅酥酥脆脆不會太硬

我爸戴假牙都能吃得嚇嚇叫

朋友們也都一致推崇!!

必吃必吃!!

NO.2海鹽花生醬一口酥

這這這!! 滋味實在是太奇妙了

花生醬的香氣充滿整個口腔偶爾咬到的花生顆粒增添了不少口感

最畫龍點睛的是那海鹽了鹹鹹甜甜的讓花生醬的味道不那麼死甜

可以一口接著一口欲罷不能!!

這可是和蜂蜜煎餅不相上下呀!!!

也是必吃必吃!!!

NO.3綜合水果

這傢伙呀!!只能說深藏不露

樣貌普普名字也普普

但~~~吃起來絕對會讓你嚇一跳

淡淡的水果香裡頭還有水果乾很清爽的餅乾

不用配茶也能吃好幾片

也是心頭愛之一

NO.4肉鬆鳳凰酥

又是一個其貌不揚卻又讓人嘖嘖稱奇的餅乾

看到DM上的名字完全鄙視他!!

恩~~因為我本身不吃鳳黃酥的

然後~又給我加肉鬆! 心想好台式的餅乾

結果~~完完全全不是這樣地

肉鬆和蛋黃融合在餅乾裡

因為餅乾造型的關係口感很多層次

再吃了一系列的甜食餅乾後就這款鹹味餅乾最對味

恩~~唯一的缺點是容易掉的滿身削削哈哈哈!!

喜歡鹹味的餅乾一定要試試看

NO.5法式西餅

老闆的餅乾真的是走樸實的路線

當初朋友打開這款餅乾的時候

我聞了兩下就跑去吃別款了!

後來還是想說這款餅乾在DM上可是有打星號的

恩~都是熱門餅乾了應該不會太差吧!!

哈~~好險我沒錯過他

味道有點樣是一般的法式喜餅

奶酥味比較濃厚但不甜膩

很適合泡杯熱茶當點心

NO.6杏仁千層酥

千層酥口感做得很到位

最厲害的是上面那層杏仁糖片

朋友大力推捧他!

NO,7美式薯片

該怎麼說呢

好吃是好吃我也很喜歡

恩~吃起來有點像翹胡子起司味很足

但我覺得比較適合看電影閒聊的時候吃的餅乾

不曉得選這款放在喜餅裡好不好

NO.8提拉米蘇捲心酥

這捲心酥提拉米蘇的味道很夠呀!!

就像在吃酥脆感的提拉米蘇

也是不錯吃

不過這款偏甜!

NO.9黑糖燕麥

嗯!! 這款餅乾評語很難下

淡淡的黑糖香搭配融合在餅乾裡的燕麥

嗯!! 好像泡杯牛奶喔~~

適合早餐吃的餅乾

NO.10阿薩姆紅茶

喔喔!! 這餅乾好好吃

茶香味不會過濃淡淡的阿薩姆紅茶的香味有種輕飄飄的感覺

我覺得茶味剛剛好不會蓋掉餅乾的本質

剩下的這幾款也是不錯吃拉

但是就沒有前面幾款餅乾如此的驚艷

而且!我一下子吃太多了都有點忘記味道了!

因為DM上還有很多款餅乾我沒有選到

老闆人超好的還多給了很多試吃的小樣品

餅乾好吃又大器價格實惠

如果不是真的很在意盒子的樣式以及內包裝的話

真的很推薦這家喜餅喔

其實我也有問老闆如果要換比較漂亮的盒子要多少錢

老闆也很實在的跟我說多加的錢真的都是加在盒子上

建議我如果不是很在意的話

可以把錢省下來!!

喔~~對了

另外推薦一款不在喜餅餅乾選擇裡頭的

將將~~杏仁脆片

這~~真的超好吃的

餅乾偏厚實杏仁片很大方的灑滿

口感酥脆!

我最近一直被逼著再開團呢!!!
