〔自由時報記者李容萍／桃園報導〕透過交友網站的撮合，波蘭籍男子「安傑」龍陽炎結識台灣女子呂奉佳，7年前千里迢迢來尋友，才來台會面兩次就決定結婚，定居中壢，在傳統夜市擺攤賣起家鄉的波蘭手工蛋糕，用行動印證「愛情、美食無國界」。
46歲的安傑手上刺青讓他記得其蒙古血統，年輕時沒聽父親的話去當牙醫，就愛畫畫、雕刻和四處旅行，卻在交友網站上結識相差7歲的台灣女子呂奉佳，才到台灣會面兩次，就決定被「她」管住；考量妻子在台灣要照顧年邁父母，決定定居在人情味十足的台灣。
不喜歡當安於現狀的上班族，本來無業的安傑在長女出生滿月時，以所剩不多的存款購買材料、器具，他copy家鄉媽媽親手做的波蘭手工蛋糕，把「有女萬事足」的喜悅分送親友，而把五顏六色水果烘焙在蛋糕表面的波蘭蛋糕，讓親友讚不絕口，還建議他可以此創業。
5年前，安傑和妻子開始在家做蛋糕，他把蛋糕當作藝術品創作，鋪上滿滿的堅果、水果和巧克力，也成了中壢市觀光夜市裡最搶眼的招牌，蛋糕生意特別好。
對於前晚砸攤事件，相較於波蘭有秘密警察、街頭幫派，安傑強調他還是喜歡台灣，且一家4口能在一起擺攤，賣家鄉手工蛋糕，讓客人也能吃進滿滿幸福，未來還是會天天到夜市做生意。
