希望我家族的一些經驗
能給原PO一些幫助與想法
我爸是長子,但是是養子
再加上他自己個性有些軟弱
我爺爺也比較偏心叔叔 爺爺的事也都是叔叔在做主比較多(奶奶已過世多年)
爺爺後來因跌倒再加上糖尿病的關係行動不便
叔叔把爺爺的身分證件及存摺都拿走
然後請了一個看護 一切都由叔叔掌控
其實 叔叔想什麼我們都知道
在這之前 姑姑叔叔跟爺爺已經因為財產的事弄得很不開心了(明明爺爺還在)
可是我們沒有反對
因為爺爺的確需要人照顧
如果沒有看護 這個全日照護的責任就會落在我媽身上
因為我爸媽不夠強勢 再加上我媽也不忍心爺爺沒人顧
所以我寧可叔叔用這個名義拿走錢 然後請看護
後來爺爺昏迷住院 在醫院躺了幾天 然後過世了
叔叔叫大家來分遺產
他拿出爺爺的存摺:100多萬
而我跟我妹 則拿出另一份銀行對帳單
在我爺爺昏迷住院的這段期間 我爺爺的存款被盜領了3.4百萬
當然 這絕不是我爺爺領的 而是持有我爺爺文件的叔叔
律師說過我們可以告詐欺及偽造文書
後來我們沒有 因為我知道爺爺最疼的就是叔叔
我也知道 我叔叔及姑姑所做的一切 他的子女也都有看到
有一天 一樣的悲劇可能還是會發生在她們身上
我可以理解原PO
因為你父親過世了 在這方面妳們的確弱勢
的確不公平 就像我家一樣
這不是遺產應繼份的問題了 因為在我爺爺過世前 可能都被搞掉了
可是我想說的是
你爺爺現在還很清醒 他的錢他可以全權決定如何運用
如果你爺爺真的愛妳們 也知道妳們有需要
他會預先做好一些事
就像我爺爺 當他洞見我叔叔姑姑的一些心機時
他把他的一些財產做了一些處置 讓其他沒有不孝的子女 先拿到一些
你爺爺現在沒做這些動作
可能是因為他覺得他還清醒 也沒有其他姑姑有能力把他錢都吞了
你爺爺沒想讓你媽照顧 他可能覺得你父親過世了 這樣麻煩妳媽不好
如果爺爺是愛妳們的 會給妳們一些(我講的真直...)
如果爺爺不打算給妳們 那也只能這樣 畢竟那是他的錢
你們之前的孝順 應該也不是為了錢吧....
如果真的擔心
那就勇敢的在爺爺無法自理自己的財務時
了解一下爺爺的財務狀況 然後在有一天爺爺不在時 對照一下
就知道是不是有錢人間蒸發了(要扣掉生活及醫療費)
我不知道原PO爺爺多少錢
其實像我爺爺過世時 只剩幾百萬
我姑姑叔叔費了很多力氣 做了很多不該做的事再爭
看了 我只覺得心寒及可笑

照顧生病的長輩是件很辛苦的事 你該替媽媽說聲好加在
姑姑沒有強迫要你們顧
還有 爺爺奶奶來日無多 讓她們自己選擇想要如何度過餘生吧~~
打到這 突然很想念爺爺
很心疼爺爺在過世前 面對的竟然是這一些~~
希望爺爺早已忘記這一切(離題了)
