如何排解心情 - 人際關係

想請問一下如何排解不好的心情,
因為人際版沒有"問題"這個選項,只好用心情
因為和相處三年的朋友吵架,認識到彼此本質的不合,
但分開這件事還是很難過的,
更不用說我感受到對方的明顯不尊重我,(我沒有價值)
回到重點:怎麼排解不好的心情
一直做自己喜歡的事....但一不做了就會又開始心情不好,
覺得很難受時深呼吸,可能因平時沒練習,效果不彰,
還是覺得很難受,很難受.....
去運動,沒力氣....就整個人很不想動.....
只坐在電腦前一個網頁點過一個網頁,
